This is a dedicated Marketing Specialist to implement and execute marketing plans across various brands and channels. You'll be responsible for executing marketing plans as briefed by Brand Managers, creating and managing media plans, ensuring effective KPI follow-up, and supporting accurate A&P allocation. You'll also engage in constructive dialogue with BMs, serve as a marketing and media expert across Health and Medical channels, provide valuable insights to local BMs, and partner with sales for synchronized activities. Additionally, you'll drive a full digital funnel approach, leveraging DME and CRM for scalable activities, enhance customer education using globally produced materials, and support marketing operations and sales activities, including sampling, POS production, and website translation. You'll also foster personal development within the team.
