We are currently looking for Marketing Activation Manager CZ. The person in this position will be located in Prague and will be reporting to Marketing Manager SEE.

What You Will Do

  • Execute marketing plans according to briefs from Brand Managers (BMs) across Therapeutic areas and Channels
  • Based on the brief done by local BMs on marketing plan objectives, recommend touch points, and A&P investments. In charge of media plan creation, execution, and KPI follow-up
  • Support sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation. Drives constructive dialogue with BMs and MM if A&P allocated is not sufficient based on a ´Fewer, Bigger, Better´ Approach
  • Take care of BTB and BTC communication across Health and Medical channels
  • Provide channels and customer insights
  • Be a partner with the sales team for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers' POS
  • Drive, together with digital team a full digital funnel approach and improves sales & marketing productivity for scalable online activities
  • Influence customer education content in line with global guidance and leveraging globally produced material (where applicable)​
  • Take care of marketing operation and sales support (e.g. sampling, POSM production, translation, adaptation of global toolkit,...)
  • Manage and secure personal development of team members​​​​

Who you are

  • You have minimum 3 year experience in Marketing
  • Good marketing knowledge (brand, B2B, B2C communication, market data analysis, digital savvy)
  • Proven affinity and experience in project management
  • Result-driven mindset, eager to learn and develop within marketing projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, team player
  • Problem solving oriented, good organizational skills, ability to pay attention to details, time management ability
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office)
