This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. About your role

The Marketing Activation Manager – Retail Media and Content is a key member of the Trade & Customer Marketing team, acting as the specialist for adapting and deploying global brand content across retail media, e-commerce and fit for purpose content across the traveller shopper journey.

Working across brands, customers and retail partners, the role translates global brand assets into retail-ready aligning to brand and shopper objectives, customer content requirements, retail media execution and delivers a consistent, high-quality brand presence across physical and digital retail touchpoints.

The role ensures global content is fit-for-purpose for retail activation, fully compliant with brand guidelines and optimised for effective execution and visibility, driving best-in-class retail execution.

Core Areas of Ownership

1. Retail Media

  • Support the Media and Omnichannel teams in the delivery of global retailer paid media packages, ensuring asset adaptation, localisation, legal approvals and consistency of messaging in line with global brand objectives and regional priorities.
  • Lead the execution of regional retail media packages , including loyalty programme promotions, coordinating content assets, internal prize sourcing, terms and conditions and CRM communications.
  • Ensure all content is correctly formatted and delivered in line with retailer media and CRM specifications.
  • Contribute to campaign review and performance evaluation, capturing insights and learnings to continuously improve future execution.

2. Retail Content Adaptation & Asset Readiness

  • Translate central brand content into travel retail specific assets across all touchpoints including in-store, e-commerce, print and retail media environments.
  • Regional content communication adaptation including translations where required, aligned to key shoppers and nationalities to assets to drive consideration and conversion
  • Ensure assets meet customer specifications, technical requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate adaptations, resizing, local translations and approval processes with Brand and Legal teams.

3. E-commerce Content & Visibility

  • Support strong e-commerce execution by ensuring content is optimised for customer platforms and visibility requirements.
  • Improve consistency and quality of brand presence across retailer digital environments.
  • Work with customer digital teams to ensure timely and accurate content deployment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of coordination for retail content adaptation across customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing Customer Activation Managers to align asset delivery with customer activation plans.
  • Lead the execution of retail media campaigns including loyalty/CRM programme promotions.
  • Manage the production and delivery of assets for retail media, e-commerce visibility and in-store execution.
  • Coordinate internal Brand, Design and Legal approvals to ensure content compliance and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external design and production teams to manage adaptations and timelines.
  • Support post-campaign reviews, capturing insights and identifying opportunities to improve retail content effectiveness.
  • Provide support on activation initiatives across customers as required.

Who we’re looking for.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, retail activation or digital content deployment or agency experience implementing retailer campaigns
  • Strong content adaptation experience and understanding acro retail, e-commerce content, and shopper  campaign implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced, international environment
