Job Description

  • Manage all hospital marketing assets and promotional materials.
  • Ensure promotional TVs display up-to-date content.
  • Maintain brochure racks and information displays.
  • Manage inventory of patient giveaways and promotional merchandise.
  • Coordinate booth setup for campaigns, exhibitions, and health events.
  • Ensure hospital branding is consistent across all physical touchpoints.
  • Coordinate production, installation, replacement, and maintenance of marketing materials.
  • Liaise with vendors for printing, fabrication, and promotional items.
  • Track asset inventory, storage, and replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, visual merchandising, events, trade marketing, or brand activation.
  • Experience managing physical marketing materials and promotional assets.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, printers, fabricators, and suppliers
  •  Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or FMCG is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong inventory and asset management skills.
  • Good project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
  • Basic understanding of branding and visual merchandising principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
