Mission:
Account Managers are strategic partners, guiding clients to realize the full value of their marketing journey. By understanding each client's unique goals and reasons for investing in marketing, Account Managers ensure campaigns are tailored to drive results. Their focus is on validating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimizing performance to help clients achieve long-term business success
What makes you the hero for this job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
What you’ll be doing:
- Retention of client accounts through review of campaign set up, active campaign management and execution of consistent customer service
- Management and analysis of internet marketing campaigns to satisfy client expectations for various performance metrics
- Rapport building and the fostering of relationships with clients through timely follow up and communication in order to increase retention of accounts
- Delivery of education to clients on campaign performance and return on investment received
