Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, capability acceleration, and organizational effectiveness, the Marketing Acceleration Manager helps leaders maximize the impact of their teams. From supporting planning cycles and leadership forums to orchestrating the Marketing capability agenda and leading organization-wide engagement moments, this role enables Marketing to operate with greater focus, connection, alignment, and effectiveness while accelerating progress against business objectives.
What Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or related commercial functions within the CPG/FMCG industry.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work, creating clarity from ambiguity, influencing stakeholders across all levels of the business, and driving follow-through.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, business planning processes, organizational effectiveness, operating rhythms, and change management principles.
Proven ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, stakeholder engagement, and meeting design skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivering measurable business impact.
Experience orchestrating capability-building efforts, including training calendars, learning forums, onboarding moments, and best practice sharing.
Strategic Priority Acceleration – Partner with Marketing leadership to translate the function’s highest-priority initiatives into clear workplans, decision points, and accountability, while proactively surfacing risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact delivery.
Organizational Planning & Operating Rhythm - Lead the coordination of annual planning cycles, business reviews, leadership forums, and key cross-functional meetings so priorities are clear, decisions are captured, actions are tracked, and leaders have the visibility needed to stay aligned.
Functional Modernization & Capability Acceleration - Orchestrate the Marketing capability agenda by managing the training calendar, coordinating learning forums, supporting onboarding moments, and partnering with subject-matter experts to connect Associates with the right training, best-practice sharing, and future-ready skills and ways of working.
Marketing Engagement & Experiences - Lead organization-wide Marketing engagement moments, including the annual Marketing engagement offsite, town halls, recognition programs, and leadership sessions that strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture.
Functional Health, Visibility & Continuous Improvement - Create simple visibility tools and routines that help leadership track priorities, milestones, capability progress, and organizational health, while identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve knowledge sharing, and strengthen integration across the function.
Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
Join a purpose-driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
