The Marketer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth through the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand activation campaigns in line with the company's marketing strategy
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
- Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales visits, and promotional events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Experience in field marketing and consumer activation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Skills Required
