FSR+ is an online service reservation software tool built and maintained to enhance the
customer’s experience.
As an FSR+ Market Specialist at MSX, you will work with the Market Area Managers and Field
Coaches to assist/lead various tasks to ensure successful launch and sustainment of
automotive Dealerships on the FSR+ platform.
Job Overview
The FSR+ Market Specialist must have the ability to advantageously present and mentor end
users for their designated area of a dealer network. The main priorities of FSR+ are to install
dealers on the FSR+ tool along with providing on-going support to maximize dealer adoption
and utilization. This will include ensuring all dealer personnel have the support they need to
effectively use the software.
What you’ll do…
- Pre-Visit (Sustainment) Packets. These packets are given to the FSR+ Field Coach to assist them during an on-site sustainment visit. As a team, we will be developing the components of that.
- Virtual Touchpoints Through listening to customer feedback and analyzing data, you will work to establish clear and concise action plans to help increase the efficiency and utilization of FSR+ tool.
- Leverage the use of our Remote Experience tools in conjunction with FSR+ to build a strong, committed dealer base
- Reporting
- Monitor dealer’s performance
- Will need access to Flash Ops Report / Qlik Sense
- Trend Analysis – how is the dealership tracking using FSR?
- Increasing or decreasing usage month over month
- What conversations can we have with these numbers?
