About the role
Bluecurrent is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
As a Market Services Administrator, you will provide proactive customer service
and accurate data, in line with agreed service levels, to customers by effectively
managing the AU Market Services operations.
Key responsibilities:
- •Ensure compliance with the Australian Electricity Market.
- •Ensure data accurately reflects the electricity metering installation and that the market is updated within required timeframes.
- Respond to customer requests regarding market queries.
- Work as part of a team, collaborating and assisting others to achieve overall team goals.
- Support BAU processes with an eye for detail and completion of work to a high quality.
- Raise any issues identified and liaise with providers, and internal teams where needed.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organisational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. You are an effective communicator and work well in a team to
achieve desired outcomes. A natural curiosity drives you to understand processes
thoroughly and identify areas for improvement. You ensure that all obligations are met
while continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of
SQL is advantageous but not required.
