Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a high‑impact Market Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across Atlantic Canada. This is your chance to lead a talented team, drive regional growth, and build powerful customer relationships in one of the industry’s most dynamic markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high‑performing sales team
  • Drive growth through strong strategy, market insights, and leadership
  • Manage your own territory—build relationships, grow revenue, and own the full sales cycle
  • Represent Sunbelt Rentals with professionalism and customer‑first service
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of proven sales success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and industry needs
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Base Pay Range

90,000.00 - 149,679.20

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
