  • Lead cross-functional forums and working groups to assess impact, drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution of remediation commitments.
  • Coordinate governance and senior management reviews by providing transparent reporting on issue status, key risks, remediation progress, milestones, and escalations.
  • Support regulatory reviews, audits, and control assessments related to Market Risk data quality, while driving enhancements to preventative and detective controls that improve data quality and reduce issue recurrence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Six or more years of experience in Market Risk, Risk Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Risk Technology, Regulatory Reporting, or Risk Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing data quality investigations, issue remediation programs, or regulatory data initiatives across complex, multi-system data environments.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with the ability to interrogate large datasets to investigate data quality issues and validate remediation outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions with business, technology, and senior management stakeholders, and to prepare executive-level governance materials and written communications.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex data ecosystems and identify sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent remediation initiatives and deliver results within a highly regulated environment.
