We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Market Research Interviewer to join our team at Sago. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting market research data by conducting structured telephone surveys with panel participants.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to conduct structured surveys.
- Record participant responses into our platform.
- Understanding various types of methodologies SAGO handles.
- Reviewing and having a general understanding of the overall screener and research objective.
- Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with team members.
- Follow up on initial contacts, detail oriented.
- Ability to manage time/flexibility/organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
- 0-6 months of customer service, administration or call center experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong telephone skills.
- Strong basic computer and typing skills.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task.
