We’re looking for a proactive Market Operations Specialist to support cross-functional operations and drive timely, accurate deliverables.
The Market Operations Specialist provides critical administrative and logistical support to the Market Operations team, ensuring deliverables are executed with accuracy and efficiency. This role is highly focused on organization, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support initiatives such as client implementations, renewals, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Manage scheduling, document preparation, and logistical coordination for Market Operations deliverables
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and analysts
- Route requests and coordinate follow-ups between Market Operations and internal departments
- Prepare and format client-facing materials including meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for contracts, renewals, trackers, and templates
- Ensure shared resources are current and easily accessible
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and issue tracking to support on-time completion
- Track key milestones and provide reminders and follow-ups as needed
- Support process consistency across operational workflows
- Identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements
- Contribute to enhancements in documentation, tracking systems, and team workflows
- High visibility and collaboration across multiple operational and client-facing teams

- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in administrative support or project coordination roles required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with health plan operations or client service environments (preferred)

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $24.24 - $29.09/hourly, excluding benefits and potential bonuses. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and education. Liberty is committed to pay equity and also considers internal equity among current employees when making compensation decisions.
Please note that offers are typically not made at the top of the salary range, allowing for future growth and advancement.
