Job Description

As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing all activities across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and retention in your assigned region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering impactful campaigns that engage customers and enhance brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build the portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospective partners to Traveloka's marketplace and facilitate their onboarding process.

  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and high-quality consulting services to hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities)..

  • Ensure that partner hotels’ products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized on the Traveloka site to maximize customer conversion.

  • Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs.

  • Secure seasonal deals and promotions within the guidelines set by management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.

  • Promote and develop hotel partners’ high engagement with Unique market insights (partner reports, competitive data, key performance drivers).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospitality, E-commerce, and OTA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in task management and CRM roles, preferably within a technology or travel industry.

  • Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details.

  • Excellent communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Strategic thinker with creativity and problem-solving abilities.

  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau)

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and trends.
