Mission statement:

Plan and ensure execution of Business Unit and Product Group sales strategy for assigned countries, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products and services in a profitable way. Oversee project execution management in the assigned countries. Responsible for leading and developing and coaching the Sales and Project Management organization proactively, to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will create, plans and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global sales strategy, provide input to Business Units, Product Groups and Hub BU strategy, achieve sales performance targets in respect of both budgets and sales, project execution efficiency, include profit and lost in assigned area, volume and profit Selling products/services to customers, focus on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units.

  • You will establish sales targets and ensures sales achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed, identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determines plans for acquisition and allocates resources.

  • You will coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals, monitor and provide reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence.

  • You will support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and also ensure efficient marketing communications, achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price for sales and proper control the project execution costs and operation costs to ensure profitability. You will participate on negotiations of key contracts, ensure agreement/alignment with supply factories on contract terms and conditions.

  • You will ensure positive cash flow through proper contract negotiation with customers and smooth execution/collection, monitor client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams, identify, manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels and ensure on-time cash collection as per contract. You will take ownership of the sales processes, all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs, ensure integrity and trade compliant in sales activities.

  • You will ensure the execution of the projects in the assigned area according to agreed terms and conditions of the contracts in terms of schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, cost management and on-time cash collection through smooth and tight communication with supply factories and customers during project execution of not only contracts signed by the Local BU, but also direct supply contracts signed by factories with customers and proper implementation of CCRP tool. Ensures safety and integrity during project execution.

  • You will ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, coach, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinate within HR policies, drive and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering are preferred.

  • More than 10 years of industrial sales experience.

  • Management experience is added value.

  • Knowledge of value-based selling, project management techniques, processes and tools.

  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong leadership behavior.

  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
