What you will do (key responsibilities)
- Help develop the Poland GTM & targets: build a repeatable market plan and own semi-annual ARR, market activation, and lead gen goals, with a focus on converting leads into revenue.
- Close and scale partnerships: sign strategic partners (leagues, regions, etc.), then onboard and enable them with co-selling/co-marketing playbooks.
- Drive demand & field enablement: run high-ROI activations (events, seminars + webinars) and represent Veo at tournaments to generate qualified leads.
- Measure & optimise: track core KPIs (lead gen, market activations, conversion rates, partner-sourced ARR, etc.) and deliver concise performance reports.
- Coordinate cross-functionally: work closely with Sales and Marketing to shorten the time-to-value and tailor offerings for Polish customers.

- Build & scale: mix pragmatic, repeatable GTM execution with the ability to pioneer new local approaches that can be scaled.
- Partnership & community focus: create lasting, value-driven partnerships and mobilise coaches/partners as advocates.
- Data-driven operator: set clear KPIs, test rapidly, iterate on what works, and prioritise high-ROI activities.
Ideal Background
- 1–3+ years in partner management, market development, growth, or commercial roles — ideally in sports tech, SaaS, or adjacent industries.
- Deep knowledge of Polish football (clubs, leagues, academies, federations) and an existing network in the football ecosystem.
- Experience and understanding of partnerships and willingness to learn more and develop.
- Strong commercial instincts and knowledge of how to build GTM plans and sales enablement programs.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills - structured and results-oriented.
- Native Polish and very strong English (written & spoken). Additional Eastern European languages are a plus.
- Based in or able to relocate to Copenhagen and travel frequently to Poland (typical travel 10–15%).
- Comfortable with a fast-paced scale-up environment and built to measure outcomes with data.
