About the U.S Wealth Team

U.S. Wealth is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS’s Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels. 

Role Details  

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with financial advisor professionals in the sales territory

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS’s wide range of investment products and global investment views

  • Distribute active, passive, and alternative solutions to DWS’s most important clients

  • Manage and leverage relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team as identified by the seeker and DWS business intelligence

  • Work with all of the resources of DWS including Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Key Account Managers, Internal Sales Consultants [wholesalers], and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets across multiple product lines

  • Deliver the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills

  • Strong investigative skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Licenses Required/Preferred:

  • Series 7/63

  • CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred

The salary range for this position $95,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. This position is eligible for incentive compensation [in the form of commission payments]. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.

DWS’ Hybrid Working model is designed to find the right balance between in-person collaboration and engagement in the office, which is core to our working culture, and working from home.
