This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working closely with partner studios, studio management, game designers, product stakeholders, and the creative team. You will contribute from early-stage ideation through execution, using research and critical thinking to help teams make stronger product decisions.

You will thrive in this role if you combine strong game design judgement with an entrepreneurial mindset, can work autonomously, and enjoy moving from analysis to clear, actionable ideas.

  • Build strong working relationships with a group of partner studios and adapt your focus as team and product needs evolve.
  • Explore ways to exploit AI to make research, analysis, execution, and recurring workflows more effective.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in market research, market intelligence, game design, product strategy, marketing strategy, or a related analytical role.

  • Experience interpreting market and competitor data and turning it into clear insights and practical next steps.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to form point of views.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to spot underserved opportunities and propose ways to act on them.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present analysis clearly to both creative and commercial stakeholders.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in mobile gaming, ideally within a studio that regularly takes games from ideation to launch and responds quickly to market trends.
  • Experience in app publishing or another fast-moving consumer product environment may also be relevant when paired with strong market analysis and product judgement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus; a willingness to learn and apply them is important.
