The role designed for you:
In the role of Market Insight Manager, you will join our Marketing team and you will play a key role in developing a comprehensive set of market insights to support the Fedrigoni Special Paper marketing strategy and its go-to-market implementation. You will directly report to the Marketing Director – Fedrigoni Special Papers and you will co-operate with our Group Analytics team, FSP Product Marketing and Trade Marketing teams. In particular:
- You will gather, review and analyze market trends, KPIs and key metrics using internal and external data analytics tools;
- You will support the implementation of our enhanced Net Promoter Score (NPS) platform
- You will provide marketing recommendations in terms of product and promotion to key stakeholders, while working together with the central pricing team and central product marketing on product positioning
- You will track the New Product Launch, product performances and key promotional tools ROI
- You will ensure a strong and effective collaboration with the Group Analytics team
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent work experience
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in consultancy and/or business analyst roles
- You are ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- You are Highly motivated and creative person with strong analytical skills
- You have a “Strive for excellence” approach with a concrete mindset
- You have an Entrepreneurial mindset (curious and eager to propose new projects);
- You are result oriented
- You are a champion in Business Partnership – both with Enlarged Marketing community and Business stakeholders
- You are fluent in Italian and English
