We are seeking a proactive Market Homeowners Association (“HOA”) Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating and maintaining positive partnerships with local HOAs. This Market HOA Coordinator will ensure compliance within the assigned portfolio as the primary point of contact for HOAs and other rental inspection agencies with special requirements. They will also proactively research opportunities to reduce violations, fees, and penalties.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HOA violations, prioritizing severe cases, and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Engage with residents and HOAs to facilitate the resolution of violations.
  • Craft strategies to reduce the frequency and impact of HOA violations in communities with high occurrence rates.
  • Conduct property visits to verify and resolve reported violations.
  • Build and maintain constructive partnerships with local HOAs, participating in meetings and votes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Centralized HOA department and property management teams to support approvals, requests, and registrations.
  • Regularly update and manage records of Leasing Restricted communities to align with investment standards.
  • Provide consistent updates to District Leaders on HOA-related issues and work orders.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in Property Management or with HOAs/City regulations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi is preferred.
  • Background in Customer Service is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation

This position is not bonus-eligible.

The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
