Position:Market Growth Manager- Northwest ArkansasPosition Summary:Responsible for impacting sales and retention of Essence products in their assigned market(s). Understands the strategic direction of the Essence Growth organization across all channels. Identifies and engages the key Sales Assets in the market (agents, brokers, agencies, financial advisors, venues, providers, referral sources, community organizations, professional associations) that can impact applications, referrals, and/or agents.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages the activities of licensed Medicare sales agents and other sales assets in the market to achieve sales, growth, compliance, and quality goals.
- Ensures execution of the developed growth strategies, plans, and programs.
- Establishes growth tactics for their market(s) with guidance from leadership.
- Constantly upgrades quality of sales assets, earning loyalty, and leveraging relationships to impact sales and retention.
- Reviews sales, retention, and quality metrics for all sales assets in assigned market(s) and have appropriate communications as needed.
- Oversees growth activities and events in the market (community meetings, kiosks, provider events, etc.).
- Acts as a subject matter expert for Essence products, processes, providers, and people.
- Assures all rules and regulations applying to Medicare sales are understood and followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of field sales experience or the knowledge, skills, or abilities to succeed in the role.
- 1+ year of leadership experience or the knowledge, skills, or abilities to succeed in the role.
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong relationship building expertise.
- Comprehensive ability to influence business outcomes through relationships and negotiations.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation and communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
- Appropriate State Insurance Licenses

The hiring range for this position is:
