This role identifies, engages, and advances customer opportunities that support new fleet growth, existing customer gallon growth, increased Chevron fueling, and improved commercial card utilization. The role conducts customer outreach, reviews fueling behavior, supports campaign execution, and coordinates follow-up with Account Management, Sales, Relationship Management, and other program partners to ensure opportunities are routed and advanced appropriately.

● Collaborate with Chevron company-owned/company-operated leadership to align on targeted market opportunities, station-level growth priorities, and customer outreach efforts that support new fleet growth, existing customer gallon growth, and increased Chevron fueling.
● Identify and qualify customer opportunities tied to Chevron company-operated locations, targeted Retailer/Marketer locations, and other strategic areas of the Chevron-branded network.
● Support new fleet growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding business needs, educating them on the Chevron commercial card program, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales resource for follow-up.
● Support existing customer gallon growth by reviewing fueling behavior, card utilization, account activity, and location patterns to identify opportunities to increase Chevron fueling, improve program engagement, and shift volume toward targeted Chevron locations.
● Route conversion opportunities, existing customer expansion opportunities, and service-related follow-up to the appropriate Account Manager, Account Development resource, for handling.
● Support the Retailer/Marketer Relationship Manager and Chevron Field Sales team by assisting with customer targeting, dealer-network opportunity follow-up, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
● Meet with customers by phone, virtually, or in person to better understand business needs, share program value, encourage effective card usage, and determine the appropriate next step or internal handoff.
● Coordinate with Account Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Relationship Management, and other program partners to support campaign execution, customer outreach, opportunity routing, and program growth initiatives.
● Maintain accurate records of customer outreach, engagement activity, identified opportunities, handoff status, follow-up items, and campaign results in Salesforce or other designated systems.
