Market Development Representative (MDR)
Location: Remote in the United States

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our team. This individual contributor role will work collaboratively with our demand generation marketing team, operations team, and with our sales representatives to optimize the lead conversion processes and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work alongside the demand generation marketing team, operations teams, and sales representatives to improve lead follow-up processes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates on marketing-generated activities.
  • Event & Webinar Management:
    • Drive regional efforts to boost attendance at events and webinars.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution and maximum engagement.
  • Lead Conversion Optimization:
    • Assist in converting leads from the top to the middle of the sales funnel.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Technology Utilization:
    • Leverage sales email technology platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo to enhance communication efficiency.
    • Employ sales prospecting tools like ZoomInfo to identify and engage potential leads.
    • Utilize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools such as 6sense to target and reach key accounts.
    • Integrate AI into messaging and processes to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales email technology and sales prospecting tools is not required but preferred.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools and AI integration is not required but preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
