Supports pre-sales for Digital Risk Protection and Third-Party Risk Management solutions. Partners with sales and channel teams, delivers technical demonstrations, leads RFI and RFP responses, scopes environments, prepares quotes, advises on supply chain risk and cyber threats, and guides prospects on fraud, impersonation, account takeover, and data leakage defense. The role also contributes customer insights, supports revenue objectives, and maintains expertise in cybersecurity and risk management trends.

Leads federal sales growth for cybersecurity and supply chain risk solutions. Owns the full sales cycle, manages pipelines and account plans, develops proposals, and builds relationships with DoD, Intelligence Community, Defense Industrial Base, channel, and technology partners. Advises customers on procurement, contracting, compliance, and mission needs while coordinating with internal sales, product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams.

Leads and develops a team of 5–10 Client Success Managers while managing strategic customer accounts. Owns retention, renewals, churn prevention, expansion, forecasting, customer health, and executive escalations. Partners with Sales, Deployment, Support, Operations, Engineering, Product, and executive leadership to improve customer outcomes and scale client success processes. Drives territory strategy, team performance, onboarding, coaching, reporting, and cybersecurity customer engagement.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships for cybersecurity SaaS and managed security services. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, value realization, QBRs, escalations, and executive engagement. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating with Sales, Product, Services, and leadership. The role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender, strong enterprise account management, technical communication, and customer success strategy development.

Deploys and optimizes Microsoft Purview data security and compliance solutions for customers. Responsibilities include designing architectures, configuring classification, information protection, DLP and insider risk controls, developing policies and automation, producing compliance reports, integrating Microsoft 365 tools, supporting managed services, assisting pre-sales, and providing technical client delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Leads customer-facing design, deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Purview data security and compliance solutions. Implements data classification, sensitivity labels, retention policies, DLP, Insider Risk Management, reporting, automation, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Assesses compliance maturity, supports managed services and pre-sales activities, mentors engineers, contributes to process improvements, and advises enterprise customers on data protection, governance, regulatory compliance, and Zero Trust principles.

Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and value realization of BlueVoyant cybersecurity solutions. Lead reviews, manage transitions to steady-state operations, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, support renewals/expansions, and prepare executive-level business reviews.

Lead and command complex DFIR engagements as the primary client-facing incident commander. Oversee forensic analysis across endpoints, cloud, identity, email, SaaS, and networks; advise executives and legal; manage containment and recovery; mentor teams; run readiness exercises and post-incident reviews.
