Job Description

The Market Development Program Lead, reporting to the Market Intelligence Manager, will be responsible and accountable for maintaining and developing programs for Voice of Customer (VoC), new/or revised offering governance, offer health, and overall offering pricing strategy for the LCS Capabilities and Innovation(C&I) team. You will be a leader and trusted partner to regional teams, sales, C&I capabilities, customer success, and global industry teams. Full support integrated capabilities from a customer and industry perspective as a subject matter expert guiding and providing feedback to sales enablement and regional sales and business units.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the VoC program(s) gathering feedback, insights and critical market information.
  • Use VoC data to work with the C&I team and influence and provide strategic direction for LCS offerings and capabilities.
  • Work together with Market Development team focusing those insights to industry, capability, and customer outcomes providing a good customer experience.
  • Maintain the process for new/revised offerings through governance, offering readiness, and launch and adoption.
  • Work closely with the LCS Market Access and Customer Experience teams to gain valuable insights on ways to enhance LCS offerings that grow customer base and increase footprint of current customers.
  • Collaborate with the Market Development team and the broader C&I team to help define new ways to win inclusive of new offerings and pricing strategies.

 

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time

 

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or marketing
  • Typically requires 8+ years’ relevant applicable experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience working with industrial systems and/or program management
  • Rockwell Lifecycle Services experience
  • Business development, program and strategy management experience
  • Experience working with sales enablement
  • Experience working with and utilizing market intelligence
  • Experience with cross-functional and global teams in a matrixed environment
