As the Global Market Development Manager for the spatial imaging(IHC) instrument and reagent system portfolio, you will lead marketing strategies, formulate strategic marketing plans, stimulate demand generation, and create technical marketing content for digital platforms. You will work with various teams to develop sales tools, uphold brand standards, and execute customer segmentation programs to expand global audiences.

Location: Carlsbad, CA, Eugene OR, or Rockford, IL

What will you do?

  • Develop strategic marketing plans, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
  • Drive demand generation and evaluate the quality of marketing qualified leads for the technical sales specialist team, specifically for the Attune brand.
  • Develop customer personas and implement a customer segmentation program to build global audiences.
  • Build and implement technical marketing content across digital channels such as web, video, social media, and paid search and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with product management, R&D, and commercial teams to develop sales force selling tools, technical training, and customer-facing materials.
  • Coordinate with global functions to maintain brand profiles and company legal and regulatory standards, including regional marketing development managers.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's of Science in life sciences or a PhD preferred.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience within product marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience within the life science space strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience developing A-level marketing strategies and implementing plans for highly technical new imaging platforms.
  • Proficiency in 4Ps, 3Cs, marketing communication, segmentation, value proposition, and marketing program development and execution.
  • Experience with product area marketing plans and general knowledge of operating plans or industry practices for similar products.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to write technical scientific content and develop messaging for sales and customer-facing materials.
  • Ability to handle complexity of multiple product lines with distinct go-to-market strategies.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$156,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
