Main tasks and main responsibilities
- Implement the strategy of EE China, dedicated in new business development, define the new business opportunities and settle the key project pipeline by understanding industry opportunities and potential market/ customers.
- To identify & develop target new application/ customers and understand the needs from those new market or customers and translate those needs into insight for internal understanding.
- Play a key role in sourcing and aggregating primary market information. Share insights and knowledge of responsible account within BE to support Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Innovation to provide the right value proposition, relationship, products, offers, and technology.
- Actively lead the internal related function to work out solution/ offering for those new customers/ applications, and able to build up solid project pipeline and accountable for the sales result generated by new applications/customers.
- Leverage the new offering/value proposition to identify potential target areas such as in existing customers by working with others sales function together.
- Responsible for taking lead to promote new solution to more colleagues and customers, actively participate in planning of new potential areas
- Play champion role to lead to enhance overall EE market development skills

- At least 5 years working experience and 5 years in-depth understanding of new business development or EE business.
