Als Market Developer gestalten Sie diese Entwicklung aktiv mit, und werden Teil eines zukunftorientierten Teams bei Medtronic.
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie mit Kardiologen, Nephrologen, niedergelassen Ärzten und einem erfahrenem Sales Team zusammen, um die Therapie in der Schweiz weiterzuentwickeln.
Diese Position umfasst die gesamte Schweiz und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein, ebenso ein bis zwei Übernachtungen pro Woche.
Die Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
- Aufbau neuer Therapiezentren
- Entwicklung von Patientenpfaden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kardiologen, Nephrologen und Hypertonie-Spezialisten
- Identifikation neuer Überweiser und Entwicklung von Zuweisernetzwerken
- Organsiation von Zuweiserveranstaltungen un Fortbildungen
- Förderung des Zugangs zur Therapie
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team um Aktionen und Projekte zu koordinieren
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb und/oder im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Optional: Bachelor oder höherer Akademischer Titel
- Sprachen: Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch optional
