- Lead initiatives for market data services across energy and commodity markets
- Negotiate complex contracts with major data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, energy specialists)
- Manage vendor relationships from commercial and contractual perspectives
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining data quality and coverage
- Own P&L responsibility for market data spend and budget management
- Develop business cases for new data subscriptions and platform investments
Requirements
- 8-10 years market data management experience (energy trading/commodities/financial services)
- Proven track record in procurement and vendor management with strong negotiation skills
- Experience with major data providers (Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, Platts, etc.)
- Understanding of energy markets from a data procurement perspective
- Fluent English essential
Skills Required
- 8-10 years of market data management experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial services
- Proven procurement and vendor management experience
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, Platts, or similar market data providers
