Nodal seeks a talented and motivated applicant for the following role in Tysons Corner, VA (DC Metro area – hybrid role).
Market Data Associate or Market Data Senior Associate
In your role as Market Data Associate or Sr. Market Data Associate, you will drive excellence and growth of Nodal’s market data business in North America through the development of our services, products and strategic partnerships. Title and level will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year base salary, when annualized
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and run the daily operational procedures and monitor our service performance
- Address incoming customer support inquiries and issues management in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Collaborate with our market data teams in Europe during overlapping business hours
- Relationship management with existing and prospect market data clients and partners
- Solution design to improve customer experience and operational excellence
- Analysis of new business opportunities and conceptual design of new data products and services.
- Support of strategic projects
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
- Good understanding of business operations and procedures, with a knowledge of commodity markets and financial markets.
- Curiosity to want to learn from leadership, customers, and peers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High degree of reliability
- Independent, a self-starter and results-oriented working style
