Job Description:
Own demand planning for 3+ channels, delivering one unbiased demand signal
Lead Demand Reviews with clear risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
Improve Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Value-Added Forecast
Act as the single point of accountability for the Saudi market
Revamp the NPI process with clear guidelines and control
Represent the market in Supply Reviews and ATG
Own end-to-end NPI planning and launch readiness
Ensure accurate volume phasing, supply alignment, and milestone governance
Track post-launch performance and embed learnings
Lead digital and automation initiatives across demand and supply planning
Reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable insight-led decisions
Own planning dashboards and tool adoption with Digital / IT partners

Forecast Accuracy & Bias | Case Fill / Service | NPI Readiness | Inventory Health | Digital Adoption | Stakeholder Confidence
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply/demand planning
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot & Power Query is a must
- Expert in ERP systems
