Salary Information

  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 per year
  • Signing Bonus: Negotiable
  • Relocation Package: Partial

Must-Haves:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in a for-profit hospital setting.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  2. CPA license.
  3. Experience in hospital finance across multiple locations.

Job Description:

The Market Assistant CFO will be responsible for directing the market finance department's activities, functions, and resources to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee market finance department operations to support the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to finance team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to thrive in a stressful environment and respond appropriately.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Five years of experience in a for-profit hospital finance role, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
