¿Qué buscamos?
Necesitamos una persona con conocimiento del entorno de Acceso al Mercado en España, experiencia en interacción con pagadores, decisores e influenciadores, así como gran capacidad de trabajo, iniciativa y creatividad a la hora de proponer soluciones innovadoras, a la que le guste trabajar en equipo, para cubrir una vacante en el departamento de Acceso al Mercado y Precios.
Se trata de una posición cuya misión principal es reforzar el posicionamiento de Acceso de GSK, más allá de los productos individuales, como socio estratégico en la toma de decisiones del Sistema Sanitario español.
Principales responsabilidades
- Diseñar, impulsar e implementar proyectos que fortalezcan el posicionamiento de la compañía en el ecosistema de acceso a la innovación, incluyendo políticas de precio y financiación, generación de evidencia y colaboraciones institucionales.
- Generar y mantener relación con autoridades sanitarias, sociedades científicas y otros actores del entorno regulador y de acceso.
- Monitorizar cambios en políticas de acceso, legislación del entorno de evaluación y precio y financiación, así como de nuevos modelos de evaluación económica/generación de evidencia enfocados en pago basado en valor.
- Proporcionar apoyo al equipo de Acceso al Mercado en campo en la comunicación de la propuesta de valor de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad.
- Colaborar con equipos internos cross-funcionales (compliance, médico, government affairs, ventas, marketing, regulatorio, etc) tanto para la gestión de proyectos, como alineamiento de las estrategias de la compañía y/o comunicación/formación interna del impacto de los proyectos desarrollados en las áreas de negocio.
- Supervisar y garantizar la buena gobernanza de todos los proyectos y procesos llevados a cabo por parte del departamento de Acceso al Mercado y Precios conforme a la normativa interna de GSK.
¿Qué se necesita?
Requisitos Básicos:
- Formación de Grado en Ciencias de la Salud, Economía, ADE o Estadística
- Experiencia previa en la Industria Farmacéutica o Consultoría.
- Inglés fluido hablado y escrito (C1) y manejo herramientas MS Office.
- Experiencia en interacciones directas con la administración sanitaria, decisores e influenciadores en el entorno de Acceso.
Habilidades deseables:
- Máster en Acceso al Mercado, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), o Política Sanitaria/RRII.
- Experiencia previa en funciones de Acceso al Mercado, precios y/o economía de la salud y resultados en salud (HEOR), etc.
