Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Value & Access Manager to lead our market access strategy in Sweden. You will develop value propositions, manage TLV pricing and reimbursement submissions, and ensure optimal market access for our product portfolio while bridging clinical innovation with healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
· Market Access & Pricing: Lead TLV submissions for pricing and reimbursement; collect and analyze epidemiological and health economic data; develop strategic projects to optimize product portfolio positioning
· Evidence & Health Economics: Participate in global Evidence Value Demonstration task forces; develop Market Access plans with product teams; support Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness analyses
· Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Health Economics experts; serve as primary TLV liaison; represent Sanofi at LIF network meetings; manage external vendors
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Unit Heads and Marketing teams to align strategies; provide health economic expertise and evidence to support brand teams
Qualifications & Experience
Required
· University degree, preferably in Health Economics or Economics
· Specialized training in health economics (MSc/BSc in Economics or equivalent)
· 3+ years of experience in market access or health economics within pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
· Strong understanding of Swedish market access environment, particularly TLV processes
· Fluency in Swedish and English (written and oral)
Preferred
· Experience with TLV submissions and negotiations
· Track record developing health economic models
· Established network with Swedish healthcare decision-makers

The salary range for this position is :kr640 000,00 - kr853 333Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
