The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated intern to join our Market Access and Policy team in Roche Nigeria. This intern will play a pivotal role in the project management of our priority access projects and will support various research initiatives and other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to make an impact and contribute to significant health policy projects.

Key Challenges:

  • Assist in the project management of priority access projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring project milestones.

  • Conduct research to support the team’s strategic initiatives and policy formulation.

  • Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to aid in decision-making.

  • Collaborate with team members on various tasks and provide administrative support as needed.

  • Prepare and present reports on project progress and research findings.

  • Foster communication between different stakeholders involved in access and policy projects.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in health policy and market access.

Who You Are as an Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.

  • Strong interest in health policy and market access.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Competence in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or coursework in data analysis and project management.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related policies.

  • Demonstrable passion for making an impact and contributing to meaningful projects.
