Key Responsibilities
Maintains an overview of all onboard team members' STCW certifications. Generates daily reports and keeps management informed about crew regulatory training compliance. Coordinates with training providers to schedule, monitor, and report STCW training activities. Supports management with talent acquisition and other Maritime HR processes as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective communication and reporting skills in both English and Indonesian
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Thorough understanding of IMO and STCW regulations
Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
Preferred graduate of a Maritime Academy in Nautical, Engineering, or Port and Shipping Management (minimum Officer/Diploma level) OR a graduate in Business Administration.
Effective communication and reporting skills in both English and Indonesian
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Thorough understanding of IMO and STCW regulations
