Dine Ansvarsområder
- Håndtere og koordinere rejser fra A–Z med høj kvalitet (fly, hotel, tog, billeje m.m.)
- Være primært kontaktpunkt for rejsende via e-mail, telefon eller chat
- Rådgive om rejsemuligheder, rejsepolitikker og bedste løsninger
- Håndtere ændringer, afvigelser og uforudsete situationer professionelt og effektivt
- Samarbejde tæt med kolleger og øvrige afdelinger for at levere en ensartet og professionel service
- Har erfaring fra enten rejsebranchen, luftfart, hospitality, kundedrift eller lignende servicefunktion
- Kommunikerer klart, professionelt og roligt – også når tempoet er højt
- Arbejder struktureret, tager ejerskab og har sans for detaljer
- Er tryg ved systemer, processer og flere opgaver på én gang
- Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
