World Kinect is looking for a proactive and safety-focused Marine Terminal Operations Specialist to help drive excellence at our Yacht Terminal in Gibraltar. What You’ll Do:- Lead the daily operations of the Yacht Terminal, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient fuel delivery to vessels.
- Oversee cargo transfer, discharge, and storage activities with strict adherence to HSSEQ standards.
- Monitor fuel inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning terminal environment.
- Support the Terminal Manager in implementing operational best practices.
- Accurately record vessel fuel sales and prepare customs documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being present and responsive on the wharf.
- Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Hands-on experience with Health & Safety procedures and a commitment to safe practices.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak Spanish
