Marine Project Coordinator
Are you an organized, solutions-driven professional with a passion for marine conservation and restoration?
Join Mars Sustainable Solutions (MSS) and play a key role in streamlining operations, coordinating events, and supporting impactful restoration projects around the world.
What are we looking for?

Significant experience in admin, project management, and operations.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and adaptability.
-
PADI Advanced (or equivalent) scuba certification and coral reef knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Optimize Operations – Streamline processes, onboard and help manage vendor relationships; enhance team efficiency to improve workflow and impact.

Administrative Support – Coordinate and document meetings, and support logistics; ensure smooth communication and organization across teams.

Project Leadership & Coordination – Support all MSS initiatives, aligning efforts with core sustainability objectives; coordinate timelines.

Coral Restoration & Field Support – Undergo MARRS coral restoration training; actively participate in field missions as required.
