Job Title: Marine Physical Supply Analyst (Gibraltar)

In this front‑office position, you’ll support trading activities, oversee the full lifecycle of fuel deliveries, and partner closely with logistics, commercial, and operational teams to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

⭐ What You’ll DoFuel Delivery & Data Management- Analyse, process, and reconcile marine fuel purchases and deliveries across enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Maintain daily and monthly stock reconciliation sheets, ensuring accuracy of physical vs. system data.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries related to fuel movements and reporting.
- Create, process, and reconcile customs declarations for Gibraltar and other physical marine locations.
- Ensure documentation meets local regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Analyse and distribute market and demand intelligence to help identify new commercial opportunities.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative reports that support decision‑making across physical supply locations.
- Participate in daily commercial discussions and contribute insights based on market conditions.
- Work closely with terminal and barge logistics teams to monitor vessel movements and ensure accurate, timely data capture.
- Coordinate with middle and back office teams to guarantee data consistency across business systems.
- Assist the Marine Trading team with daily customer fuel requests and occasional lubricant transactions.
- Support cargo purchase transactions: enter and maintain trades in trade management systems and liaise with middle office.
- Assist Transaction Analysts with cargo invoice validation and processing when required.
- Understand credit and risk considerations and coordinate with related teams as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Welcoming fresh graduates as well as professionals with at least 1 year of experience in marine fuel operations, physical commodities, supply chain, logistics, or similar analytical or operational positions.
- Experience working with inventory reconciliation, customs processes, or physical product movements preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, trade management platforms, or inventory systems.
- Ability to analyse data and produce clear, accurate reports for operational and commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced trading or operations environments.
- Confident communicator capable of working with terminals, barge operators, traders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Solid understanding of risk, credit, and compliance principles (or willingness to learn).
