What You'll Responsible For:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead projects from initial idea and scoping through implementation, stabilization and BAU handover.
  • Define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables and success measures.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
  • Facilitate business requirements gathering and support process and solution design with operational teams, IT and vendors.
  • Document and improve current and future-state business processes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and next steps.
  • Manage project changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, processes, users and operations.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT, training, communications and go-live readiness.
  • Oversee post-go-live hyper-care and ensure a structured transition into BAU support.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reporting and governance records.
  • Capture lessons learned and identified opportunities for continuous improvement, digitalization and automation.
  • Support wider initiatives across Marine Personnel, including digital systems, compliance, assurance, welfare and process improvement.

What you’ll be accountable for

  • Delivering projects successfully from initial scoping through go-live and BAU handover.
  • Ensuring solutions are implemented, stabilised and accepted by the business.
  • Managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Keeping sponsors and stakeholders informed with clear and accurate project updates.
  • Ensuring operational readiness, documentation, training and support arrangements are in place.
  • Driving collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement throughout delivery.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally when required.

Location 

The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
