Job Description
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for various fixed term and casual opportunities for Marine Chefs to join our team aboard marine vessels.
The point of hire as Perth, Western Australia, successful candidates will be deployed to various Marine operations within Sodexo's Oil & Gas portfolio across varied clients and rostering requirement. Working in a team environment, you will be required to demonstrate skills in a bulk cooking setting working across various functions within catering.
Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in offshore, mining or marine environment and exposure to following HACCP guidelines. If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest of standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you!
To be successful, you are required to have the following Marine certifications:
- Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Australian working rights
- CoST or STCW 95
- AMSA medical
