Title: Associate Marketing Communications Manager
This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid, full-time, with some travel.

What You’ll Do – As a developing professional, an Associate Marketing Communications Manager will participate in the implementation of customer-focused, multi-channel marketing communications strategy to support the Imperative Care’s mission of elevating stroke care, building customer awareness and generating strong leads. This position works closely with product management and the broader marketing communications team to support the creation of messaging and content for brand awareness, drafting sales and marketing tools and completing marketing communications activities that support initiatives across multiple channels including traditional media, social and web.
- Support other marketing communications team members and product managers and ensure brand/messaging consistency across all marketing outputs.
- Contribute to corporate and product-level branding efforts including marketing campaign execution, timing, and follow-up to track results and measure success.
- Collaborate with product managers to develop marketing and sales tools and resources, offering creation ideas and solutions, editing, revising, and producing marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, digital tools with video and audio content, and developing new website content as needed.
- Serve as the contact for agencies and vendors, ensuring contract fulfillment and responding to any inquiries.
- Support marketing leadership with maintaining marketing budget current and accurate.
- Support the events team with planning and presence at industry events, tradeshows and conferences.
- Interact with physicians, clinicians, patients, and sales force to align messages, marketing programs and materials.
- Respond to customer and sales force needs.
- Provide updates and feedback to project leads and management regarding accomplishments and challenges that may affect meeting deadlines or project completion.
What You’ll Bring – minimum requirements for this role:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar preferred and a minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in marketing communications or related field
- Excellent copywriting & communication skills
- Experience developing marketing materials and sales tools
- Experience managing conferences and sales / customer events
- Creative thinker and problem-solver; Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Prioritizes multiple responsibilities and projects, manages time with skill
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style

Salary Range: $88,000 – 98,000 annually

Imperative Care considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
