Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to support product pricing, conduct experience studies, analyze business strategies, and prepare special quotations for life and health businesses
- Hands-on traditional actuarial valuation experiences under the ever-evolving financial reporting requirements
- Support actuarial oversight functions in the regional office, providing high-quality analyses on business performance to senior management
- Assist the actuarial team of HK’s retirement business in pricing new and existing pension businesses, providing high quality financial reports to management teams
- •Support risk management functions, deploying risk controls and highlighting key risks to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate majoring in actuarial science, mathematics, statistic or risk management
- A self-starter, adaptive and eager to learn
- Good academic results
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in statistical software or programming language is an advantage
