We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our office in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a member of the Product Supply Chain (PSC), Footwear (FW) – Manufacturing & Engineering team, you will be part of a global organization dedicated to delivering excellence to our consumers every day. You will collaborate with a diverse and highly experienced team of engineering subject matter experts representing a wide range of disciplines and expertise. Key partners include the Manufacturing Engineering teams, Factory Partners, and other Functions such as Consumer Creation, Sourcing, Responsible Supply Chain, and Cost Engineering. You will work at the country level across all partners located within the country and will strive to ensure connectivity with the local Partner Management Office (PMO) leadership team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role will play a key part in advancing our global FW Manufacturing & Engineering strategic initiatives by employing a standardized and consistent approach and cultivating the development of future-ready leadership capabilities.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the areas of Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Data Driven – Understands the use of data and application of statistical methods and tools, and is able to leverage data for fact-based decision making.
Application of knowledge in Manufacturing Operations – systems, processes, technologies, and materials required to consistently produce finished goods to a measurable standard – to identify opportunities and drive progress against goals.
Forward and Conceptual Thinking – Proactively seeks a diversity of perspectives, inputs, and potential solutions; consistently challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional solutions and approaches.
Demonstrated experience working across multiple functions/stakeholders.
Fluent verbal and written English language ability.
Proficient in standard MS Office programs and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Skills Required
