Job Description
Primary Objectives of this Job
The position described involves the performance of routine and supporting activities for Manufacturing Sciences department including:
- Continued Process Verification
- Process Validation including resin lifecycle management
- Troubleshooting and process investigation
- Documentation and data management
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations (Upstream/Downstream) by troubleshooting process/product issues
- Support report generation for ongoing resin and membrane lifetime validation activities
- Support material qualification work to support mitigation of supply constraints
- Support digitalization and continuous improvements initiatives for process monitoring and investigations
- Act as technical support for manufacturing operations to resolve process issues, perform root cause analysis and impact assessment for process investigations
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements.
