The Manufacturing Science Apprentice position reports to the Operating Unit Manager – Manufacturing Science and is part of the Tissue Culture Production team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support the process to ensure all products flow through the manufacturing process are error free and right first time
Support the process to verify all materials used to ensure they are within specification and all procedures are carried out to the required defined standards
Participate in proactive observation reporting, near miss and incident reporting.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Science based A Level or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work well as part of a team
