The Role
The Quality Manager for the Monterrey Facility is responsible for ensuring product
and process quality across all manufacturing operations within the site. This role
manages the execution of Quality Management System (QMS) standards, customer
requirements, and corporate quality procedures while leading a multidisciplinary
quality team. The position drives continuous improvement, maintains ISO
certifications, and ensures compliance with Dematic and KION standards to achieve
operational excellence.We offer:

Manage and oversee quality operations for the Monterrey manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with Dematic, KION, and customer requirements.

• Lead and develop the Quality team, including engineers, inspectors, and system specialists, ensuring alignment with corporate processes and site objectives.

• Act as site representative for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and readiness for internal and external audits.

• Monitor quality performance metrics (Scrap, FPY, Rework, CCR, PRS, PCS, Audit Plans, Calibration, Quarantine aging, etc.) and implement corrective actions to achieve target performance.

• Lead root cause analyses (RCA, 8D, A3) for nonconformities, ensuring timely and sustainable corrective actions.

• Manage supplier quality activities related to incoming inspections, quarantines, and material disposition.

• Approve or reject deviations, concessions, and product rework authorizations according to corporate procedures.

• Maintain and manage calibration programs, inspection instructions, and process controls for manufacturing and assembly areas.

• Ensure all Quality documentation and process controls are current, accurate, and aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate Management Reviews, Internal Audits, and Compliance Meetings with the Senior Manufacturing Quality AMCS Region and relevant stakeholders.

• Support regional and corporate initiatives, audits, and reporting related to Quality and QMS systems

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Advanced understanding of quality tools and methodologies (RCA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, etc.). • Ability to manage and interpret quality data and KPIs for decision-making. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, welding, metal forming, and material handling systems. • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Minitab, and QMS software platforms (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI preferred). • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
