Job Description:

The Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for leading highly customized engineering and manufacturing projects from customer inquiry through final shipment. This role serves as the primary coordinator among customers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and global stakeholders to ensure successful execution of technically complex projects.

The MPM develops project schedules, manages technical and program risks, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives project execution to meet customer expectations, quality requirements, and delivery commitments. This position requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment.
