Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: Euless, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Salary: $73,000+ per year
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
The Gund Company is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Euless, Texas facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee production team members, coordinate workflow, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can coach employees, solve problems, and use data to make informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct team meetings, communicate expectations, and promote accountability.
- Support employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policies.

Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience tracking and analyzing manufacturing KPIs, including efficiency, utilization, productivity, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, Kaizen, 5 Why, or Fishbone methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of manufacturing experience and education.
